A: Monthly fees are based on the square footage of the home. Fees are estimated at $0.30-$0.35 per square foot.

Q: What does the monthly regime fee include?
A: It covers all of the exterior insurance of your home and the building itself as well as the maintenance to the building plus an extensive list of amenities.
